Welcome to Huppla, an app by Marvel Momentum BV (Belgium). By using Huppla you agree to these terms. We like to keep them short and clear.
What Huppla does
Huppla helps you tidy up your photo roll by showing photos and letting you choose with a swipe: clear out or keep. Huppla never deletes anything without your confirmation. Photos you swipe away go, after the archive check, to your device's "Recently Deleted", where they stay for another 30 days.
You stay in charge of your photos
Huppla is a tool; you make the decisions. We built the app carefully with three moments of control, but always check yourself what you swipe away. Marvel Momentum BV is not liable for photos you deliberately deleted or confirmed yourself. Nor are we liable for indirect damage, as far as the law allows.
Free to use
Huppla is free to use. You get a welcome gift and then a daily amount of photos to tidy up.
Should paid options be added in the future, they will run through your App Store account and the usual App Store terms for trying, cancelling and refunds will apply.
Using the app
You use Huppla to manage your own photos. You will not misuse, copy or use the app in a way that harms others or the service.
Intellectual property
The name Huppla, the logo, the design and the app itself are the property of Marvel Momentum BV. Your photos of course remain entirely yours.
Changes
We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be brought before the competent court in Belgium.
