Huppla is an app by Marvel Momentum BV (Belgium). We keep privacy simple: your photos are yours and stay yours. Below you can read exactly how we handle your data.
Your photos stay on your device
Huppla runs entirely on your own iPhone or iPad. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to any server. We cannot see your photos and have no access to them. Only when you share one yourself does a photo leave your device, and then you decide where it goes.
What we do process
Anonymous usage statistics
To improve Huppla we measure anonymously how the app is used (for example how many people complete a step). This is done through TelemetryDeck, a privacy-friendly service that collects no personal data and no lasting identifier. We cannot trace this data back to you. There are no advertising or tracking networks in Huppla.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases go through your App Store account. The payment and your payment details run entirely through Apple. We only receive whether a purchase is valid, not your payment details.
Waitlist (before launch)
If you leave your email address on our waitlist, we use it only to let you know when Huppla is released and for occasional news about the launch. You can unsubscribe with one click in every email. We do not sell or share your email address.
Cookies on this website
This website (huppla.app) uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics that follow you across websites. That is why you will not see a cookie banner here: there is nothing to choose. Our spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form) may set a strictly necessary technical cookie to check that you are a human.
Contact form
If you send us a message through the contact form, we process your name, email address and message only to answer your question. Those messages reach our support team directly.
We sell nothing
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Full stop.
Your rights
Under privacy law (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, and to object to processing. Want to use this right? Ask through our contact form. Since we do not have your photos, this relates at most to your waitlist sign-up.
Children
Huppla is not aimed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If we update this policy, you will always find the latest version on this page, with an updated date at the top.
